Extended-stay discounts
Weekly rates unlock at seven nights and monthly rates at twenty-eight, so a longer contract does not mean a bigger bill. The longer you stay, the better the nightly price.
Company payment receipts
Book as a business to record your company details. Stripe emails a payment receipt after checkout. Lancstays is not VAT registered, so receipts are not VAT invoices.
Fast wifi and a real workspace
Every home has a reliable full-fibre connection and a proper desk for evening admin, day rate paperwork or video calls with the office when you are not on site.

Our Blackburn stay is minutes from Whitebirk, Shadsworth and Walker Park industrial estates, along with Royal Blackburn Hospital and the M65 for jobs in Burnley, Preston and Manchester.

Questions we get most often
- Is there a minimum stay for contractors?
- Most contractor bookings are three nights or more. Weekly and monthly rates apply automatically once you cross seven or twenty-eight nights.
- Can you invoice my company for the stay?
- Yes. Tick the business booking toggle at checkout and add your company details. Stripe emails a payment receipt, but it is not a VAT invoice because Lancstays is not VAT registered.
- Is there space for a van or trailer?
- Every property has free on-site parking sized for a work van. Let us know in advance if you are bringing a trailer or a larger vehicle so we can confirm space.
- Can I check in early for a dawn start?
- We use self check-in via a keysafe. That means late arrivals after a long drive and early morning starts are no problem, with no reception to wait on.
